You choose what else they can do, from a ready-made role such as Basic, Standard or Manager, and you can fine-tune individual permissions like seeing clients, taking payments or viewing reports. An activity log shows who changed what.
Yes, on every plan. Set your own cancellation window and what share of the payment you keep. Clients who pay online tick to agree to it before they book, and you can waive the fee on any cancellation. Cancelling because a team member is on leave never carries a fee.
