Can I still take walk-ins?
Yes. Add a walk-in from the dashboard when someone sits down and it appears in the calendar like any other booking, so online clients can’t be booked into that gap.
Can clients choose their barber?
Yes. Clients pick a specific barber or the first free chair. You choose which barbers offer which services.
What if someone doesn’t show up?
Mark it as a no-show and choose whether to reschedule or cancel it. It is counted on the client and in your reports, so repeat no-shows are easy to see.
Can I charge a fee for late cancellations?
Yes. Set a window and the share of the payment you keep. Clients who pay online agree to the policy before they book.
Can my barbers see each other’s clients?
You decide. On Professional and Business, each barber gets their own login, and you choose what they can see and do, from a ready-made role down to individual permissions.
